Shipping policy

All customers on our wholesale site are able to shop on this online and choose between pick-up at either of our boutiques or having the the order shipped.

There are no minimums to orders and discounts are automatically applied at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Please note that many couriers continue to experience delays due to increased volumes and regional postal suspensions. You can click here to view any known issues impacting Canada Post mail delivery. FreeStyle Dancewear is not responsible for any courier delays or disruptions.

Orders that include "Pre-Ordered" items will not be fulfilled until all items within the order are ready to ship. 

All shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

Your order will be processed after full payment receipt of your order. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days if all items are in stock from the date that the order was placed. If there are items that need to be ordered from suppliers, processing time is reflected on the ETA we are given from the supplier. We will notify you by email about any delays.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping notification. If applicable, tracking information will be sent once the order has been processed by the post office.
